Current Projects
Dear Friend of Camas Meadows,
This spring we’re planning several important maintenance projects that will keep our camp safe, welcoming, and ready for the many retreats and summer camps to come. These are not glamorous projects, but they are vital: roof repairs on our buildings, replacing worn flooring in cabins, replacing broken windows, and finishing our chimney rockwork.
We trust that the Lord will provide, just as the wildflowers bloom even though heaps of snow surround them. Therefore, we invite you to be part of all that God is doing in this small mountain meadow that God has blessed and turned into Camas Meadows Bible Camp.
Our goal for this spring is $25,000. Some projects have already been matched by designated gifts or partial reserves, and others are ready to begin as soon as we reach fundraising milestones. Any gift — large or small — moves us forward. Here are a few ways your giving will be used:
$150 will replace and upgrade light fixtures in cabins
$250 will repair and replace broken windows
$1,000 will help cover the purchase of new flooring in a cabin

Rockwork on Chimney
Need: $15,000
Winter 2026 Update: The Chimney has been structurally repaired, but funds and prayers are still needed as we look towards getting the rockwork rebuilt and finished.
Window Replacement
Need: $1,000
Winter 2026 Update: We have several cracked windows in the main lodge and outer cabins that need replacing.
Cabin Flooring Replaced
Need: $10,000
Winter 2026 Update: Almost every cabin is in need of flooring replacement. We’d like to tear out the old linoleum and replace with a composite or high-use vinyl plank flooring.
Outdoor Terracing
Need: $5,000
Winter 2026 Update: Around our gaga ball pit we need to terrace the steep hill to reduce erosion and water run off, while providing usable space for guests.

Fireside Lodge - New Roof
Need: $45,000+
2024: The roof of the fireside lodge is in need of a total replacement and extension. We will need a contractor to take off the roof, extend it over the walkway and install a new roof.
New Camp Truck & Plow
Need: $65,000+
2025: The camp truck is from the 90’s and has served it’s time up at camp faithfully. It also has had a lot of damage over the years and it’s time to replace ol’ faithful. We will need a reliable (new to us) truck that can have a plow for the winter.
Kitchen Remodel
Need: $50,000+
2026: The kitchen is inefficient for the space and size groups that are served from it. It needs an overhaul from design & layout, flooring and cabinets.
