  • Clothes for a week of intense outdoor activity (shorts, long pants, long-sleeve shirt, jacket, tennis shoes*, outdoor shoes, modest swimwear, extra socks*, shorts, t-shirts, etc...)
    Sleeping bag & pillow
    Flashlight (w/extra batteries) or glow sticks for night time
    Toiletries (deodorant, tooth brush & paste, sunscreen, feminine care, showering items)
    Any medications (will need to be checked in with nurse)
    Towel
    Bible
    (we have additional ones if needed)
    Water bottle
    -Optional: If paint balling please bring an outfit that can get paint on it. We recommend long sleeves and thick pants.

  • From Snoqualmie Pass:

    1—Take Exit #85 to Wenatchee just East of Cle Elum. Proceed North over Blewett Pass (Hwy 97/970) about 50 miles.
    2—Turn right onto Camas Creek Rd. near mile marker 180.
    3—Follow the black top to the fork at the beginning of the meadow at the top of the hill, about 3.5 miles and turn right. Follow the dirt road about 1 mile and turn left at the red Camas Meadows Bible Camp sign / Autumn Lily Lane. Go 1 mile, through the “Camas Meadows Bible Camp” gate and follow the “CMBC” signs to the end of the dirt road at the two log-cabin lodges.

    From Stevens Pass or Wenatchee:

    1—Go thru Leavenworth or Wenatchee to the junction of Hwy 2 and Hwy 97
    2—Turn South onto Hwy 97. Go about 5 miles. Turn left onto Camas Creek Rd. about 1/4 mile past the art gallery (near mile marker 180).
    3—Follow the black top to the Y at the beginning of the meadow at the top of the hill, about 3.5 miles and turn right. Follow the dirt road about 1 mile and turn left at the red Camas Meadows Bible Camp sign / Autumn Lily Lane. Go 1 mile, through the “Camas Meadows Bible Camp” gate and follow the “CMBC” signs to the end of the dirt road at the two log-cabin lodges.

    We have limited cell service so we recommend printing directions or taking a screenshot before leaving. Find us on Google Maps under Camas Meadows Bible Camp 1057 Autumn Lily Lane, Peshastin, WA 98847.

  • Yes! We encourage families to write encouraging letters or send care packages. Campers love treats or party favors to share with their cabin. Please do not include any items with peanuts or tree nuts.

    There are two ways to get letters to your child:

    1. You may drop off packages or letters when you check in. Make sure all letters or packages are labeled with the camper’s name.

    2. Mail your letter or package via USPS. They should be sent a week in advance to reach camp in time. The mailing address is: “CAMPER NAME”

  • One week prior to camp we will send you a balance reminder, if you have one.

    You can bring cash, a check made out to Camas Meadows at check in OR you can pay online here before arriving or while checking in.

  • No. We kindly ask that you leave all electronic devices at home.

  • If you need to get a hold of your camper during the week please call the director Daryl “Scruffy” Wilks at
    509-670-4675 (text/cell) or the camp office 509-548-6553

  • If you send any kind of medication or medicines to camp for your child, they must be checked in to the camp nurse upon arrival.

    We have a camp nurse who will retain and distribute medication, as needed.

  • Summer Camp check in begins at 3pm on Monday at the main lodge.

    Check out is from 11am-1pm on Saturday.

    Only the adults authorized on the registration will be able to pick campers up. Please bring picture ID and check out your child or children before you take them home. If you wish to make alternate arrangements for having your child picked up, please notify us before pick up at office@camasmeadows.org

  • Winter Camp check in begins at 5 pm on Friday at the main lodge.

    Check out is at 2 pm on Saturday.

    Only the adults authorized on the registration will be able to pick campers up. Please bring picture ID and check out your child or children before you take them home. If you wish to make alternate arrangements for having your child picked up, please notify us before pick up at office@camasmeadows.org

  • We post regular photo and activity updates on our Camas Meadows Bible Camp Facebook page during youth camps. You will often be able to catch a glimpse of your child through the photos we share there!

    If you have any additional concerns about your child’s well being, please contact us and we can check in with their counselors and let you know how things are going.

  • Any of these banned items will be secured by staff.
    Electronics of any kind (cameras are fine)
    Knives or weapons of any kind
    Controlled substances (drugs, alcohol etc…)
    Pets, fireworks or matches
    Peanuts or tree nuts

  • Yes.

    Every camper is provided a daily “canteen” - which includes a free snack and drink of their choice.

    However, if your child would like, they are allowed to bring money to purchase additional canteen items or merchandise during the week.

    *We recommend purchasing camp merchandise during registration or pick up as a souvenir. We have a variety of t-shirts, hoodies, water bottles and stickers.

  • No. All kids are welcome to join us. We strive to create a positive, uplifting and safe place for any child coming to camp - regardless of their religious background or beliefs.

  • No. These are optional summer camp activities your child is welcome to participate in, if they would like. Costs are included in each registration.

  • Camas Meadows Bible Camp is a non-profit, non-denominational Christian camp.

    All campers are welcome, regardless of denomination.

    Private rental groups must agree to our statement of faith.

  • Yes! Camp is located in a forest with a variety of bugs and insects. We don’t have very many mosquitos, but we do have bees, spiders and ticks. We take precautions when adventuring in the forest.
