Hey Awesome Person!

Congrats! You’re officially a part of our Youth Staff Program at Camas Meadows.

My name is Chiquita and I’m the Program Director. I get the privilege of training and supporting you during your time on staff.

My goal is to make sure you have the opportunities to grow spiritually and tools to grow as a leader, all for the glory of God!

You have a few required steps left before summer:

You can find more information below to help you complete these tasks.

I’ll be reaching out to check in on your progress as we get closer to Summer!

I can’t wait to serve alongside you! If you have ANY questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

3 Steps to Prep for Summer

1. Submit Your Staff Registration

Please register immediately.

Now that you’ve been accepting on staff we need you to register! This is the first step to getting ready for Summer.

You will confirm medical information, weeks you are serving and more vital information required to participate.

3. Staff Bible Study

DUE: Staff Training, June 16th, 2025
Optional for support staff.

This Bible Study is recommended to be done in 3 parts over 3 weeks.

This Bible Study goes over core verses from the Camas Meadows Statement of Faith and touches on instructions from James about faith, action and self-control.

We encourage you to complete your study with a fellow staff member for accountability and connection.

Bring your completed Bible Study to staff training. We WILL be discussing our answers.

2. Letter Writing

DUE: Staff Training, June 16th, 2025
Optional for support staff.

You will be asked to send a letter to at least 5 friends or family members, about the mission work you are doing at Camas Meadows this summer.

It’s important to share with others about the work that is being done at Camas Meadows and why you feel called to serve here.

If you want to raise money for any lost wages or staff fee, you can ask for donations through these letters.

If you don’t need to fundraise personally, we encourage you to ask for donations to support the Camas Meadows Youth Staff Program.

See the Staff Letter template here.

Staff Calendar of Events

It is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to attend some of these optional connection opportunities, to meet other staff and build relationships prior to the summer.

You MUST have completed the Staff Registration PRIOR to attending any staff events so we have parental & medical consent on file.
