Camas Meadows Bible Camp is a non-profit organization that is sustained by the gifts of those who believe in and support their mission of reaching people with the grace of Jesus Christ through Christian camping. There are several ways you can support Camas Meadows:Financial gifts*-Well Fund: The well has been dug and hooked up to our water distribution system. We needed to go nearly 400 feet to get the water we needed so the project went about $5000 over our estimate. It was paid for with some much needed donations, plus of operations and building funds, which will need to be replenished.
Progress: $0/$10,000
Mattress Replacement: We are gradually replacing and upgrading the camp mattresses. The cost per mattress is expected to run around $100.
Progress: 0/85 mattresses
-General Fund: monthly or one-time gifts toward the general fund to sustain the camp's operational expenses.
-Electrical Fund: these funds are designated for power-related improvements and major equipment replacement (generator& batteries). We have recently replaced our batteries and have been blessed with the opportunity to purchase a newer generator with low hours for only $3000.
-Building Fund: funds designated for upgrading current facilities and new building projects. Our long term plans include building a new Chapel Building, a maintenance shed, and another cabin with couple's rooms and shower/bathroom facilities to serve the upper cabins.
-Fireside Lodge Remodel Fund: This project is mostly done - the lodge is ready to be used as a small retreat building. The ongoing elements of the project include transforming the "Bat Cave" from storage room to Speaker's Room and giving it a separate power source.

Gifts of service
-Help of all kinds is always needed and there are usually ongoing projects that require carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing or other expertise. We currently host two Work Retreats at the camp, at which people spend the weekend to volunteer their time, effort and talents to maintain and improve the camp facilities. An "Adopt-a-Cabin" program is in the beginning stages of becoming a reality. The idea of this program is a family choosing a cabin that they will commit to maintaining and improving over a period of time (a year or more?). If you are interested, contact the camp office for more information.
* Currently CMBC does not have an option for on-line giving. If you
