Guest Groups - Church Camps/Retreats

Holiday Weekend openings! We are making the Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends available to rent for your church/organization. These have traditionally been our camp work weekends but we are moving them to other weekends. Call Daryl at 509-548-6553 if you are interested in renting the camp on one of these weekends.

Outdoor camping has been a powerful time of spiritual refreshment, personal growth and building community throughout biblical and church history. Camas Meadows Bible Camp is an ideal place to experience this with your youth, adult, or family ministry. Check out these great reasons to rent Camas Meadows Bible Camp for your next church retreat:

Facilities—log-style lodges and cabins that are comfortable but rustic.

Location—Camas Meadows Bible Camp rest on the edge of a beautiful Cascade Mountain meadow, surrounded by forest. It provides an atmosphere isolated from the distractions of the world and a quiet that can be filled with intense recreation or quiet contemplation.

Food—our kitchen staff work hard to provide high quality food.

Service—we are committed to serving your needs so you can concentrate on your ministry. Just let us know how we can best serve you and we will do our best.

Cost—we make an effort to keep our prices as low as possible.

Creation Appreciation—every season is open for camping at Camas Meadows and each offers a unique display of the majesty of God’s creation.

Shared Mission—Our desire is to reach others with the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and to build up His body. We support you in your mission as well and have a great prayer team that will pray for your group while you are conducting your retreat.

Camp Rental Conditions
-Must be a Christian Church/Organization that can sign agreement to our Statement of Faith by an authorized representative.
-Minimum of 40 total campers (60 for holiday weekends).
-Maximum of 85 total campers.
